FEEDBACK

week 1:
In the first class, the professor explained MIB and helped us clarify the stages and goals of the course this semester. We viewed outstanding student works and selected our favorite motion graphics styles as references for future designs.

week 2:
Understanding and starting to modify motion pattern animations is a crucial step that lays the groundwork for later exercises. Starting with basic frame adjustments, the entire process is one of learning and improvement.

week 3:
When designing the focus animation, I had an inspiration. If we keep the center stationary and have other elements around it rotate multiple times, we might be able to create a great video dynamic effect.

week 4:
After completing Part 1, I began to conceive how to create Part 2. Undoubtedly, having deepened my understanding of the eight motion graphics, I had full confidence to begin Part 2.

week 5:
To match motion graphics with your music, you need to be familiar with each drumbeat and ensure your motion graphics provide appropriate feedback during climaxes.

week 6:
Once the right music was found, the next step was to incorporate all the motion graphics. I created a scatter-converge-scatter pattern based on the drumbeats of the music, as this aligned with the song's overall flow.

REFLECTION

Experiences:
We'll start with eight basic categories of motion graphics, making basic modifications to them without changing the role of the center, only altering their position and size. After several exercises in class, we'll begin completing Project 1.

Observations:
The most important part here is how to maintain the original function of the graphic while adding innovative elements. I focused on modifying the "focus" setting because more lines make creation easier.

Findings:
In Project One, we learned eight types of motion graphics and basic animation production. By adjusting keyframes and music beats, we were able to create visually impactful animations.
